History
The Pink Lady cocktail is a short drink composed of gin, Applejack, lime juice and grenadine syrup, it first appeared in 1913 in Jacques Straub's book entitled "Straub's Manual of Mixed Drinks".

Even if the composition should not be modified for the pink ladies to keep their authenticity, the proportions are adjusted for a better balance.
