5 cl Pisco
10 cl Cola
How to make
Technique: straight to the glass / Glass: highball / Type: long drink (15cl) / Time: 2 mn

Pour into a glass filled with ice cubes the Pisco then the Cola.

Stir with a mixing spoon.

Insert a slice of lime.
History
The Piscola is a native and emblematic cocktail of Chile, since the early 2000s it has been implemented in Chile on Piscola Day which takes place every February 8.
Piscolas are made with Coca Cola or Pepsi as well as Pisco which is a Brandy like Cognac.
