History
The White Russian cocktail is a variant of the Black russian, it is also part of the after-dinners. Adding single cream to the White Russian cocktail brings a real touch of sweetness but requires making the cocktail in a shaker.
The White Russian would have been born at the same time as the Black Russian cocktail in 1949 thanks to Gustave Tops, a Belgian bartender from the Hotel Metropôle in Brussels.
