4 cl tequila
2 cl crème de cassis
2 cl lemon juice
4 cl apple juice
How to make
Technique: straight to the glass / Glass: highball, old-fashioned / Type: long drink (14cl) / Time: 3 mn

Pour the tequila, crème de cassis, lemon juice and apple juice.

The Chimayo recipe was created when this establishment opened in 1965 by its owner Arturo Jaramillo.
