Air mail cocktail: a champagne recipe to serve ideally during the end of year celebrations.
Recipe
For 1 person
4 cl dark rum
2 cl lime juice
1 tsp honey
5 to 7 cl Champagne
How to make
Technique: shaker / Glass: flute / Type: long drink (12cl) / Time: 4 mn

Shake the rum, lime juice and honey with a few ice cubes.

Strain into the glass.

Complete with champagne.

No information as to the origin of the Air Mail cocktail (also sometimes written airmail) which bears the name of an air mail transport company, it is a recipe based on Champagne which will ideally find its place during the Christmas or New Year celebrations.
