3 cl crème de menthe
3 cl white crème de cacao
3 cl single cream
Cocoa powder
How to make

Shake the crème de menthe, crème de cacao and single cream with a few ice cubes.

Strain into a glass then sprinkle with cocoa powder.
History
The Grasshopper cocktail is made with equal parts single cream, white crème de cacao and crème de menthe, it was first published in a cocktail book in 1908 in "The World's Drinks and How to Mix Them" written by American bartender William Boothby.
William mentioned in the recipe "À la Harry O'Brien, Late of the Palace Hotel, San Francisco".
