Grasshopper cocktail: a trio of creams to be sipped ideally after coffee.
Recipe
For 1 person
3 cl crème de menthe
3 cl white crème de cacao
3 cl single cream
Cocoa powder
How to make
Technique: shaker / Glass: martini glass / Type: short drink (9cl) / Time: 3 mn

Shake the crème de menthe, crème de cacao and single cream with a few ice cubes.

Strain into a martini glass.

Sprinkle with cocoa powder.
History
The Grasshopper cocktail is made with equal doses of single cream, white crème de cacao and crème de menthe, the latter ingredient giving it its green color.
If you don't have crème de menthe, you can of course use liqueur (only the sugar content differs).
