8 cl Prosecco

Add a few ice cubes, the peach puree and then the Prosecco into a mixing glass.

About
The Bellini was invented in 1948 by Giuseppe Cipriani, the famous bartender and founder of the legendary Harry’s Bar in Venice. The bar, frequented by artists, writers and aristocrats, was a high place of social life, welcoming celebrities such as Ernest Hemingway, Orson Welles and Peggy Guggenheim.
