Recipe

For 1 person
3 cl Maraschino
3 cl brandy (Cognac)
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters

How to make

Technique: layered / Glass: pousse café / Type: short drink (7cl) / Time: 3 mn
  1. Pour the maraschino then layer the brandy on top (see How to make layered cocktails?).

  2. Add two dashes of Angostura Bitters on top.

History
