Brandy Scaffa: a layered cocktail as an after-dinner drink!

3 cl Maraschino

3 cl brandy

2 dashes of Angostura Bitters

👉 layered / 🥃 pousse café / 🍸 short drink (7cl) / ⏱️ 3 mn

Pour the maraschino then layer the brandy on top (see How to make layered cocktails?).
Add two dashes of Angostura Bitters on top.
