5 cl vodka
10 cl squeezed orange juice
How to make

About
One of the most popular theories about the Screwdriver’s birth takes us back to the 1940s, to the heart of the Middle Eastern oil fields. American workers, working in extreme conditions, had taken to adding vodka to their orange juice to quench their thirst and give themselves a little boost. Sometimes, with nothing else on hand to stir their drink, they would use the screwdriver they had in their pocket. This innocuous gesture is said to have given the cocktail its name.
