4 cl vodka
2 cl Blue Curaçao
1 cl squeezed lemon juice
How to make
Technique : shaker / Glass : martini / Type : short drink (7cl) / Time : 5 mn
Shake the vodka, blue curaçao and lemon juice in a shaker.
Strain into a martini glass.
Fluff a lemon or orange zest if needed for decoration.
The Blue lagoon is the best-known blue curaçao-based cocktail, its alcohol content is 30°. The Blue Lagoon cocktail was created in 1960 at Harry's Bar in Paris by Andy Mac Elhone. Andy Mac Elhone is the son of Harry, creator of Harry's New York Bar in Paris.
The Blue lagoon is a derivative of the Balalaika Troika in which cointreau replaces the blue curaçao present here.
