Freddy Fudpucker: a cocktail made with tequila, orange juice and Galliano liqueur.
Recipe
For 1 person
5 cl tequila
9 cl orange juice
1 cl Galliano liqueur
How to make
👉 straight to the glass / 🥃 highball / 🍹 long drink (15cl) / ⏱️ 2 mn

Fill the glass with ice.

Pour the tequila then the orange juice.

Mix with a mixing spoon.

Layer a line of galliano on top using a spoon (see video below).

Optionally garnish with an orange slice.
History
The Freddy Fudpucker cocktail is a derivative of the famous cocktail Harvey Wallbanger where the original vodka is here replaced by tequila. The Freddy Fudpucker recipe is theoretically made with freshly squeezed orange juice.
