3.5 cl rum
2.5 cl brandy (Cognac)
4 cl squeezed orange juice
3 cl squeezed lemon juice
2 cl orgeat syrup
How to make
👉 blender / 🥃 tiki, highball / 🍹 long drink (15cl) / ⏱️ 5 mn

Blend the rum, Cognac, orange juice, lemon juice and orgeat syrup with a few ice cubes for a few seconds.

About
The history of the Scorpion dates back to the 1930s and 1940s, a period when Tiki cocktails were really booming. It is said to have been created by Victor “Trader Vic” Bergeron, one of the great masters of Tiki culture, owner of the famous Trader Vic’s in Oakland, California.
