Pineau Colada cocktail recipe

Pineau Colada cocktail: the french version of the Pina Colada.

Recipe

For 1 person

4 cl Pineau des Charentes

3 cl coconut milk

6 cl pineapple juice

1 cl lime juice

1 cl strawberry syrup

Technique: shaker / Glass: highball / Type: long drink (15cl) / Time: 4 mn

Shake the Pineau des Charentes, coconut milk, pineapple juice, lime juice and strawberry syrup with a few ice cubes.
Strain into the glass.

The Pineau Colada cocktail is a variant of the famous Piña Colada. Pineau des Charentes is a French liqueur wine made from grape must and Cognac.
