Recipe
For 1 person
4 cl Baileys
10 cl coffee
1 cl simple syrup
Whipped cream
How to make
Technique: straight to the glass / Glass: toddy / Type: long drink (15cl) / Time : 5 mn

Make a hot coffee.

Pour directly into the glass the Baileys, the simple syrup then the hot coffee.

Stir with a mixing spoon.

Add whipped cream on top.

Optionally sprinkle with chocolate powder.
History
The Baileys Irish Coffee cocktail is a variation of the famous Irish Coffee. Baileys replaces the original Irish whiskey in this recipe.
