5 cl apple jack
0,5 cl raspberry sirup
0,5 cl gum (or sugar) syrup
How to make

Fill a mixing glass halfway with ice cubes.

Pour in the apple jack and the 2 syrups then stir with a mixing spoon until cooled.

Strain into a glass.

Twist and place a lemon zest on top.
History
The Apple Jack, originally called Apple Jack Cocktail, is a short drink composed of apple jack, raspberry syrup and gum syrup, it first appeared in 1884 in The Modern Bartender's Guide written by O.H. Byron.
