Recipe

Pour 1 person
6 cl Calvados
2 cl gum syrup or Curaçao
1 or 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters

How to make

Technique: mixing glass / Glass: martini / Type: short drink (8cl) / Time: 4 mn
  1. Pour the Calvados, the gum syrup (or curacao), the Angostura bitters and a few ice cubes into a mixing glass.

  2. Stir with a mixing spoon.

  3. Strain into a martini glass.

  4. Add olive or cherry and squeeze the essence of a lemon-peel on top.
