3.5 cl de vermouth rosso
3.5 cl de vermouth bianco
5 cl sparkling water
How to make
Technique: shaker / Glass: martini / Type: long drink (12cl) / Time: 4 mn

Shake the 2 vermouths with a few ice cubes.

Strain into a martini glass

Top up with sparkling water.

Decorate with an orange zest.
History
This is the original Addington Cocktail recipe as published by Harry Craddock in 1930 in his famous cookbook The Savoy Cocktail Book .
