7 cl apple juice
3 cl lemon juice
3 cl tonic
7 cl ginger ale
How to make
Technique: straight to the glass / Glass: highball / Type: long drink (20cl) / Time: 4 mn

Pour directly into a glass filled with ice cubes the apple juice, the lemon juice, the tonic then the ginger ale.

Stir lightly with a mixing spoon.

Decorate with a slice of banana on the edge of the glass.
History
The Ginger Mick cocktail pays homage to Ginger Mick, a character in C.J. Dennis' 1916 Australian novel "The moods of Ginger Mick".
Later in 1920, the silent film Ginger Mick based on the novel was released, directed by Raymond Longford.
