7 cl white wine
3 cl Calvados
2 cl de black currant syrup
1 cl lemon syrup
12 cl beer
How to make

Pour the blackcurrant syrup, lemon syrup, Calvados and white wine into a beer glass.

History
The Embuscade cocktail originates from Lower Normandy and was created in one of the bars in the historic center of Caen (France). The Embuscade is a cocktail popular with students from Caen.
