4 cl brandy (Cognac...)
4 cl Bénédictine
How to make
Technique: straight to the glass / Glass: tasting glass / Type: short drink (8cl) / Time: 2 mn

Pour the brandy and Benedictine directly into the glass without ice.

History
The B&B cocktail (B and B) takes its name from the ingredients that make it up: Brandy and Benedictine. The "B&B" is attributed to the "Club 21" of New York but the recipe would have been published before in the 1910s.
