5 cl irish whiskey
4 cl lime juice
6 cl sparkling water

Put a few ice cubes in the glass.

Pour the irish whiskey, lime juice and sparkling water directly into the glass.

Stir with a mixing spoon.

History
The Irish Rickey cocktail is a variant of the famous Gin Rickey cocktail created around 1880. The Irish Rickey recipe appeared in 1994 in Mr. Boston Official Bartender's and Party Guide.
