2 cl pineapple juice

The Algonquin Cocktail is a cocktail named in honor of the hotel of the same name created around 1902 and located in the New York district of Manhattan. The Algonquin soon became a popular meeting place especially for writers and actors, including the "Algonquin Roundtable" group.
