2.5 cl vodka
2.5 cl rum
1 cl lemon juice
1 cl passion fruit puree
How to make
Technique: shaker / Glass: martini, old-fashioned / Type: short drink (7cl) / Time: 4 mn

Shake vodka, rum and lemon juice with a few ice cubes.

Strain into the glass.

Pour the passion fruit puree into the glass to see the "astronaut" effect.
History
The origin of the Astronaut cocktail dates back to the very beginning of the 1960s, since in 1961 the Washington Post wrote in an article that two new drinks of the era space were served in London, the astronaut and the cosmonaut. Unfortunately, there is little additional information on this cocktail, which remains rather dry, moreover, if it is too dry for you, do not hesitate to add lemon juice.
