Pour 1 person
4.5 cl dark rum
4 cl orange juice
1.5 cl coconut cream
1 cl single cream
1 cl simple syrup
5 strawberries
How to make
Technique: blender / Glass: highball / Type: long drink (15cl) / Time: 5 mn

Put all the ingredients in the blender with ice, except 1 strawberry to keep for the final decoration.

Pour into the glass.

Decorate with the remaining strawberry on the rim of the glass.

The Love in the afternoon cocktail is a delicious, very fruity recipe to try at least once, you can find recipes with extra strawberry liqueur, but the latter can slightly distort the real ones flavors of fresh strawberries already present in the cocktail. "Love in the afternoon" translates into French as "love in the afternoon".
