History

The Between The Sheets cocktail does not have a certain origin. On the one hand, the cocktail is said to have been created in the 1930s by Harry MacElhone of New York's Bar in Paris. And on the other hand, the cocktail is said to have been invented in 1921 by Mr. Polly at the Berkeley Hotel in London.

Be that as it may, the "Between the sheets" is a perfectly balanced cocktail that reminds us of the Side Car cocktail in which the cognac would have separated into 2 equal parts of rum and Cognac.
