History
The Alabama Slammer cocktail recipe always consists of at least the above ingredients, sometimes supplemented with vodka or lemon juice. For stronger Alabama Slammers, you can reduce the amount of orange juice to only the same amount as the other ingredients.
The inventor of the Alabama Slammer remains unknown, but the cocktail is said to have originated at the University of Alabama in 1975. As a reminder, Alabama is a South American state located near the Florida.
