Virgin Bloody Mary
Virgin Bloody Mary: the alcohol-free version of the famous Bloody Mary with vodka.

Recipe

For 1 person
9 cl tomato juice
A few drops of tabasco
0.5 cl worcestershire sauce
2 cl lemon juice
Salt and/or celery salt and/or pepper

How to make

Technique: straight to the glass / Glass: highball / Type: long drink (12cl) / Time: 4 mn
  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.

  2. Pour in the tomato juice, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce and tabasco.

  3. Add according to your taste salt, celery salt and/or pepper.

  4. Stir with a mixing spoon.

  5. Add a stalk of celery as decoration.

History

The Virgin Bloody Mary, usually abbreviated "Virgin Mary", is the alcohol-free version of the famous Bloody Mary from which you simply remove the vodka.
