Recipe
For 1 person
3 cl brandy (Cognac...)
3 cl brown crème de cacao
3 cl single cream
grated nutmeg
How to make
Technique: shaker / Glass: martini / Type: short drink (9cl) / Time : 3 mn

Shake with a few ice cubes the brandy, the crème de cacao and the single cream.

Strain into a martini glass.

Sprinkle with nutmeg.
History
The Brandy Alexander cocktail is a derivative of the Alexander. Here cognac replaces the original gin, and brown crème de cacao replaces white crème de cacao.
