Bizzy Izzy cocktail: the original recipe published by Tom Bullock in 1917.

Recipe

For 1 person

3 cl bourbon or rye whiskey

2,5 cl Sherry

1,5 cl pineapple syrup

1 cl lemon juice

Technique: shaker / Glass: highball or old fashioned / Type: short drink (7cl) / Time: 4 mn

Shake the whiskey, sherry, pineapple syrup and lemon juice with a few ice cubes.
Strain into the glass.

The Bizzy Izzy cocktail first appeared in 1917 in Tom Bullock's "The Ideal Bartender".
