4 cl Campari
8 cl sparkling water
How to make

Fill a glass with ice cubes.

Pour the vodka, the Campari and then the sparkling water directly into the glass.

The cocktail Testarossa (sometimes written Testa Rossa) bears the name of the famous Ferrari produced between 1984 and 1996, it is a rather sweet cocktail with a little touch of bitterness brought by the Campari .
