Frisky Bison cocktail: a recipe based on bison grass vodka.
Recipe
For 1 person
3 cl bison grass vodka
1 cl Apple schnapps
2 cl apple juice
0.5 cl lime juice
0.5 cl simple syrup
3 or 4 mint leaves
How to make
👉 shaker / 🥃 coupe / 🍸 short drink (7cl) / ⏱️ 5 mn

Insert lime juice and mint leaves into the base of the shaker.

Muddle the mint.

Add vodka, apple schnapps, apple juice, simple syrup and a few ice cubes to the base of the shaker.

Shake.

Strain into a martini glass.
