Recipe
For 1 person
5 cl vodka
1/2 lime
2 tsp sugar or brown sugar
How to make
Technique: straight to the glass / glass: old-fashioned / Type: short drink (7cl) / Time: 3 mn

Cut the half lime into quarters.

Insert the lemon wedges with the sugar into a glass.

Muddle.

Fill the glass with crushed ice.

Pour the vodka.
History
The Caipiroska cocktail, also called Caipirovska, is a variant of the Caipirinha, the original cachaça is here replaced by vodka.
