1 stout beer (Guinness...)
2 cl Baileys
2 cl irish whiskey (Jameson...)
How to make
Technique: straight to the glass / Glass: beer glass / Type: long drink (25cl) / Time: 2 mn

Fill the beer glass up to 3/4 with Stout beer (Guinness...).

In the shot glass, add the Irish whiskey and Bailey's.

Dip the entire shot (including the glass) into the beer.
History
The Irish Car Bomb cocktail also bears the name of "Irish Carbomb" or "Belfast Carbomb", it is a cocktail derived from the famous Boilermaker. In the "Bombs Cocktails" series made in the same way, there is also the Jäger Bomb.
This is a recipe that has a great success during Saint Patrick's Day because of its slightly intoxicating power. The name of the cocktail which means "Irish car explosion" would refer to the attacks that took place during the Northern Irish Conflict (1968-1998).
