The Blow Job cocktail is a famous shooter often offered in night bars. It is sometimes made with Amaretto (almond liqueur) instead of Kahlua, a little more rarely with the 3 ingredients: Kahlua + Baileys + Amaretto.
The object of the game with Blow Jobs is to take the glass with your mouth since hands are forbidden to drink this cocktail.
