History
The General Harrison's Egg Nogg cocktail is a variant of the classic Egg Nogg cocktail, it appears for the first time in 1862 in "How to mix drinks" by Jerry Thomas who tells us that this cocktail is General Harrison's favorite and that this drink is very popular on the Mississippi side.
General William Henry Harrison (1773-1841) became the ninth President of the United States in 1840 after spending a military and political career in Ohio.
