Recipe
For 1 person
1 cl crème de cassis
2 cl vermouth bianco (Martini, Noilly Prat...)
2 cl vermouth rosso (Martini...)
2 cl gin
5 cl sparkling water
How to make
Technique: straight to the glass / Glass: highball / Type: long drink (12cl) / Time: 5 mn

Fill the glass with ice.

Pour the crème de cassis, the 2 vermouths, the gin then the sparkling water.

Mix with a mixing spoon then garnish with a lemon zest.
History
Macca is a cocktail that appears to be of French origin, but there is little additional information about its origin.
Macca is also the nickname of Paul McCartney, but has nothing to do with Maccas cocktails.
