For 1 person
1 cl crème de cassis
2 cl vermouth bianco (Martini, Noilly Prat...)
2 cl vermouth rosso (Martini...)
2 cl gin
5 cl sparkling water
How to make
👉 straight to the glass / 🥃 highball / 🍹 long drink (12cl) / ⏱️ 5 mn

Fill the glass with ice.

Pour the crème de cassis, the 2 vermouths, the gin then the sparkling water.

Mix with a mixing spoon then garnish with a lemon zest.
