Recipe
For 1 person
3 cl gin
1 cl vermouth bianco
1 cl vermouth rosso
2 cl freshly squeezed orange juice
2 dashes of angostura bitters
How to make
Technique: shaker / Glass: martini / Type: short drink (7cl) / Time: 4 mn

Shake the gin, the 2 vermouths, the orange juice and the Angostura bitters with a few ice cubes.

Strain into a martini glass.

History
The Income tax cocktail is a variant very close to the Bronx and was created around 1906 by Johnny Solon, bartender at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York.
