6 cl gin
2 cl lemon juice
2 cl raspberry syrup
5 cl sparkling water
How to make

Shake the gin, lemon juice and raspberry syrup with a few ice cubes.

About
The Albemarle Fizz cocktail appeared in 1930 in the book The Savoy Cocktail Book, it is a variation of the gin fizz where raspberry syrup replaces the sugar syrup.
"Albemarle" is the old name of North Carolina (USA), and also the name of a city in the same state.
