History
The Agua de Valencia cocktail is a long drink composed of gin, vodka, freshly squeezed orange juice and Cava, it is said to have been created in 1959 by Constante Gil of the Café Madrid in Valencia. Constante Gil had to improvise a cocktail one day for regulars of the bar, thus unknowingly creating a cocktail that would become popular in the 4 corners of Valencia and then in the whole of Spain.
