13 cl red wine
2 cl simple syrup
1 slice of orange
Ground spices (cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg)
How to make
Technique: straight to the glass / Glass: toddy / Type: long drink (15cl) / Time: 5 mn

Heat the sugar syrup and red wine.

History
Mulled wine is a famous drink often consumed during the Christmas period and which dates back to the Roman Empire.
You are free to add other ingredients such as star anise or other according to your taste.
