Yungueño: the traditional cocktail of Bolivia.


For 1 person
5 cl brandy (Singani or Pisco)
10 cl orange juice
2 tsp sugar / brown sugar

How to make

Technique: shaker / Glass: highball / Type: long drink (15cl) / Time: 3 mn
  1. Shake the brandy, orange juice and sugar with a few ice cubes.

  2. Strain into the glass.

  3. Optionally garnish with a slice of orange on the rim of the glass.


The Yungueño is the traditional Bolivian cocktail, it consists of Singani which is a wine brandy made in Bolivia (to be substituted with pisco if you don't have any), orange juice, and powdered sugar.
