Royal coffee: two recipes and two techniques exist for this cocktail.
Recipe
For 1 person
4 cl brandy (Cognac...)
9 cl hot coffee
2 cl simple syrup
Single cream
How to make
Technique: straight to the glass / Glass: toddy / Type: long drink (15cl) / Time: 5 mn

Pour the brandy, coffee and simple syrup directly into the glass.

Stir with a mixing spoon.

Gently layer the light cream on top.

The Royal Coffee is a hot cocktail made with brandy, hot coffee, sugar and single cream.
A second Royal Coffee recipe exists, it's the following. Prepare a small cup of hot coffee. Place a teaspoon above the cup. Insert a piece of sugar into the spoon then soak it in Cognac. Flame the sugar cube soaked in Cognac. Serve as well.
