5 cl brandy
2 cl simple syrup
8 cl ginger ale

How to make

  1. Pour the simple syrup, brandy and ginger ale directly into a glass containing a few ice cubes.

  2. Stir with a mixing spoon.

The Bouquet cocktail is a long drink whose recipe is composed of brandy, sugar and ginger ale, it was published in 1883 in "McDonough's bar-keepers' guide", a book written by Patsy McDonough, head bartender at Lieders Hotel Brunswick in New York.
