Recipe
For 1 person
6 cl Venezzio Bitter
6 cl non-alcoholic sparkling white wine
How to make
Technique: straight to the glass / Glass: wine glass / Type: long drink (12cl) / Time: 3 mn

Put a few ice cubes in a tall wine glass.

Pour the Venezzio Bitter and the non-alcoholic sparkling white wine directly into the glass.

Stir with a mixing spoon.

Insert a slice of orange into the glass.
About
The Virgin Spritz cocktail is the alcohol-free version of the famous Spritz. The Venezzio Bitter with its little bitterness replaces the original Apérol, and the sparkling white wine without alcohol (which is easily found in supermarkets) replaces the Prosecco.
Very simple to make and accessible to everyone, it can be prepared directly in the glass, in a large wine glass.
